Description
This variety is characterized by high, stable yields reaching up to 310 centners per hectare and high dry matter content — 15.6%. The maturity period is approximately 75–90 days, allowing cultivation both under winter cover and early spring. Before harvest, the maturity level is 75%, and after curing, it reaches 100%, ensuring high product quality.
Stur BC 20 is not demanding regarding soil type and adapts well to various growing conditions. Recommended planting density is 10 cm between plants and 20 cm between rows; spring planting depth is 3–5 cm, and winter planting depth is 6–10 cm. Due to its good transportability and high marketability, this variety is widely used in industrial cultivation and provides a stable, high-quality yield.
