Starch content in tubers ranges from 11.7% to 14.2%, making this variety suitable for various culinary purposes, including frying and baking, belonging to culinary type B.

The yield of the Eurasia variety ranges from 178 to 329 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 395 centners per hectare. Marketable tuber content is from 78% to 98%, and storability is 94%, ensuring good product preservation during storage. The taste of the potato is rated as good, further enhancing its consumer appeal.

The variety exhibits high resistance to several diseases, including potato cancer, golden potato cyst nematode, crinkly mosaic, and leaf curl.
