The plant is of medium height, intermediate type with semi-erect form. Leaves are of medium size, open and dark green, with a medium-sized flower with intense anthocyanic coloring on the inner side. Maximum yield can reach 508 centners per hectare, significantly exceeding the Scarb standard.
Mada exhibits resistance to several diseases, including potato cancer pathogen and golden potato cyst nematode. According to the VNIIF's data, the variety is moderately susceptible to late blight on foliage and tubers, but according to the breeder, it is resistant to striped mosaic. The variety is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including Central, Volgo-Vyat, Middle Volga, West Siberian, East Siberian, and Far Eastern.
