Tubers are oval-round in shape, with small eyes, light beige skin, and white flesh. The weight of marketable tubers ranges from 94 to 126 grams, and starch content varies from 14.0% to 17.8%. The number of tubers per plant reaches 8-12, contributing to high yields.

The yield of the Nokturn variety ranges from 117 to 234 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 366 centners per hectare, significantly exceeding the standards of many other varieties. Tubers have a marketability of 66-93%, and storability reaches 91%, ensuring good product preservation during storage. Flavor qualities are rated as good to excellent, and the variety is suitable for various cooking methods, including frying, baking, and making mashed potatoes.

The variety exhibits resistance to potato cancer pathogen and crinkly mosaic, as well as to leaf curl. However, it is susceptible to golden potato cyst nematode and moderately susceptible to late blight on stems and tubers.
