The Odysseus root has an elongated-cylindrical shape and white color, with a mass of about 17 grams per root. The flesh is snow-white, juicy, dense, and not sharp in taste, making the radish especially pleasant to eat fresh. Due to its density, the flesh retains freshness for a long time and does not wilt.
For planting, it is recommended to sow at the end of April – beginning of May at a depth of about 1 cm, with rowspacing of 15 cm and plant spacing of 5-7 cm. The variety prefers light, structured, and well-fertilized soils, which contributes to high yield, reaching 2.0 kg per square meter.
