Memory Hudoerka is a high-yielding winter rye variety, characterized by stable yield and high grain quality. The plant has medium height with semi-erect stems and short coleoptiles. The ear is of medium length and density, positioned horizontally, and the grain has a light aleurone layer pigment and medium length. The stem features a short distance between the upper node and the ear, as well as a strong inclination beneath the ear. The variety has moderate waxy bloom and weak bluish tint, indicating good adaptation to growing conditions.
Memory Hudoerka demonstrates high winter hardiness and resistance to diseases, lodging, shattering, and drought. Average yield varies from 50.2 to 55.2 centners per hectare across different regions, with a guaranteed yield increase of up to 7.6 centners.
