From germination to harvest takes 50-60 days, which allows for early spring planting and obtaining bunch production. The roots of this variety are smooth, rounded, slightly flattened, up to 10 cm in diameter, with dark red, juicy flesh and distinct rings. The mass of the roots varies from 219 to 370 grams, while the dry substance content is 12.9-15.2%, which ensures good taste qualities and high sugar content — from 9.4 to 12.3%.

The foliage of the ERLY WONDER variety forms a powerful glossy rosette with green oval leaves and a red petiole at the base. The leaves have good taste qualities, which makes the variety universal for use in cooking. Beets are suitable for consumption fresh, pickling, and various types of culinary processing. Thanks to the high commercial yield, which reaches 263-456 centners per hectare and can reach up to 614 centners in certain regions, the variety is a profitable choice for agricultural production.

In addition, the ERLY WONDER variety stores well during the winter period, which expands its usage and realization possibilities. High output of commercial product — from 89 to 96% — confirms the economic efficiency of growing this variety.
