VORONEZH YUBILEYNAYA

Voronezh Yubileynaya is a medium-maturing table beet variety intended for industrial cultivation in large volumes both under protected ground and open field conditions. The root crops have a round shape, smooth skin, and a rich dark red color. The average mass of one root crop is about 200 grams. The pulp is distinguished by high sweetness and juiciness, which makes this variety particularly attractive for processing and fresh consumption.

The dry matter content in the root crops varies from 11.9 to 15.0%, while the overall sugar level reaches 8.5-11.8%. The plant leaves are semi-erect, oval-shaped, dark green in color with a vividly pronounced red vein coloration. The leaf blade is moderately pinnatifid with moderate edge waviness, and the petiole is red-colored on the underside, giving the plant decorative appeal.
