Description
The fruits of tomato AVVAL have a flat-round shape, dense structure, and slightly ribbed surface. Their weight ranges from 220 to 250 grams, and the color of ripe fruits is bright red, making them attractive to consumers. Unripe fruits are dark green. The taste of the fruits is rated as excellent, making this hybrid particularly suitable for salad use. The fruit stem is equipped with a joint, facilitating harvest.
The hybrid exhibits high resistance to a range of diseases, including tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), tomato leaf curl virus (TYLCV), cladosporiosis, verticillium wilt, and fusarium wilt, as well as various forms of fusarium and nematodes. The yield of marketable fruits when grown in plastic greenhouses reaches 14-16 kg per square meter. Due to its characteristics, the AVVAL variety is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including home gardens and open fields, as well as under plastic cover.
