Description
Bajaja tomato fruits are small, round, bright red, weighing 8 to 10 grams. They have firm, juicy flesh, are resistant to cracking, and do not drop off the plant. The taste quality of the fruits is high, making them an excellent choice for fresh consumption, salad preparation, and other dishes. One plant can yield up to 750 fruits, with an average yield of about 7.5 kg per plant.
For successful cultivation of Bajaja tomato, use well-draining, nutrient-rich soil, such as garden soil mixed with peat and compost or a specialized tomato fertilizer. Sow seeds in spring in pots, then transplant into larger containers with support. The plant requires a warm, sunny location, sufficient light, warmth, and moisture. Due to its content of vitamin C, beta-carotene, organic acids, and lycopene, the fruits are not only tasty but also beneficial to health, helping neutralize free radicals and prevent atherosclerosis.
