Tomato Barteza F1 is a vigorous plant with an open habit and horizontally arranged leaves. It grows intensively in the early growth stage, but becomes more open as the fruit load increases. The internodes are of medium length, and the trusses develop faster than most hybrids, contributing to high early and overall yields. The plant grows vertically along a stake, simplifying care and reducing labor, as there is no need for stem tying with clips — just a gentle twist is sufficient.

The fruits of tomato Barteza have a flat-round shape and weigh 210–240 grams when the truss is standardized to 4 fruits. They are characterized by high density and bright red color. A distinctive feature of this variety is its high resistance to skin cracking, which significantly improves fruit quality, storability, and transportability. Thanks to these characteristics, the tomato is ideally suited for extended turnover conditions and long-term storage.

Barteza F1 has comprehensive resistance to major tomato diseases, including Tobacco Mosaic Virus (ToMV), Tomato Leaf Curl Virus (ToANV), Fusarium wilt (Ff), Verticillium wilt (Va, Vd), Phytophthora blight (Fol), and nematodes (On, Ma, Mi, Mj). It is recommended for cultivation in heated professional greenhouses, ensuring a stable and high yield of quality fruits.
