Description
Tomato BOLZANO fruits are flat-round in shape with slight ribbing at the stem attachment and weigh between 130 to 500 grams depending on growing conditions. Unripe fruits are green, turning bright orange upon ripening, giving them an attractive appearance. The flesh is tender, juicy, and meaty, with high dry matter content (4.6-5.6 on Brix scale), ensuring rich and distinctive flavor. Thanks to these qualities, tomatoes are ideal for fresh consumption as well as for making juices, sauces, and pasta.
BOLZANO variety has high fruit keeping quality, with fruits able to be stored up to 14 days without loss of appearance or flavor. The plant forms clusters with 6-7 uniform fruits, simplifying harvest and increasing efficiency. Thanks to its combination of high yield, disease resistance, and outstanding taste, tomato BOLZANO is a reliable choice for both professional growers and home gardeners.
