Description
Brixton tomato fruits have a cubic-elongated shape with a characteristic nose, weighing 90-100 grams. They possess an intense red color both outside and inside, as well as a high content of dry substances — more than 5.2%, which ensures excellent taste qualities and aroma. Tomatoes are distinguished by their high uniformity and uniform mass ripening, making them convenient for mechanical harvesting. Thanks to their good keeping quality and transportation, the hybrid is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing, including whole-fruit canning.
The Brixton F1 hybrid has a high resistance to a number of diseases, including fusarium and verticillium wilts, as well as an average level of resistance to root nematodes and bacterial spotting. Plants are recommended to be planted at a density of 22-23 thousand plants per hectare to achieve maximum yield. Tomato seeds are packed in 2500 pieces and designed for growing during the summer season in open ground.
