Description
The Bull's Heart Gold tomato is a medium-early, vigorous variety with plants reaching up to 1.5 meters in height. The plant is resistant to diseases and adverse weather conditions, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses or tunnels. The leaves are medium-sized, simple, and dark green, with a maturation period of 110 to 125 days depending on growing conditions.
The fruit has a distinctive conical, heart-shaped form with a pointed tip and slightly ribbed stem attachment. The color is rich yellow-gold or yellow-orange, with a glossy, thin, and firm skin. The weight of one fruit ranges from 250 to 600 grams, with flesh that is juicy, meaty, and richly sweet with a slightly tart flavor. The fruit contains numerous seed chambers, and sugar and carotene content are at optimal levels, making this variety especially attractive for fresh consumption and processing.
The yield is high: 5 to 7 kilograms per square meter can be harvested during the summer. Thanks to its excellent taste and large fruit size, it is ideal for making salads, juices, and other culinary products. Seed sowing is recommended in early spring, followed by transplanting seedlings after two months, with harvest occurring in late summer.
