Description
For successful cultivation, plants are pruned to 1-2 stems, removing excess suckers and tying to supports. Seedlings are sown at the end of March to early April, and pinching is performed at the stage of first true leaf. Seedlings are transplanted into greenhouses in May and into open ground in June, following a planting scheme of 40x50 cm. Yield of this variety reaches up to 7 kg per square meter. Seeds retain germination up to 10 years under optimal storage conditions, and it is recommended to increase sowing rate at the end of the shelf life.
Kakadu Pink variety is resistant to major tomato diseases, ensuring stable yield. Due to its characteristics and versatility of use, this tomato will be an excellent choice for cultivation both in greenhouse conditions and in open ground.
