Description
The fruits of tomato Ceraso F1 are round, highly uniform, and small in size, with an average weight of 10 to 15 grams. Their bright red color and stemless pedicel make them attractive to consumers. At full ripeness, the fruits have pronounced sweetness, and dry matter content consistently reaches about 6%, confirmed by long-term field trials conducted by the producer Seminis.
This tomato is versatile in use: it is ideal for producing tomato paste and ketchup, especially recommended for whole-fruit canning. Additionally, the fruits of Ceraso F1 are excellent for fresh consumption due to their high quality and flavor characteristics. The hybrid’s maturity is very early — fruits are ready for harvest within 55–60 days after transplanting, enabling an early harvest.
