Description
Fruits of the Dushes variety have an elongated-pear or plum shape, sometimes with thickening at the tip. They are smooth, red, weighing up to 90 g, with 2-3 seed chambers. The flesh is tender, sweet, aromatic, and juicy, with a thin skin that does not toughen. Tomatoes easily ripen, allowing for high-quality harvest even under adverse conditions. Yield per plant, under proper agronomy, reaches 3.5-4 kg.
The Dushes variety is characterized by high resistance to both air and soil drought, as well as diseases such as alternaria, septoria, and fruit anthracnose. It is intended for cultivation in open ground, temporary plastic covers, and greenhouses, including cold regions with frequent frosts. Seedlings are recommended to be hardened off to improve cold resistance. Tomatoes are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for making ketchup, lecho, tomato paste, and whole-fruit preservation.
