Description
The fruits of tomato Enigma F1 have a heart-shaped, round form, deep red color, and glossy surface. Individual fruit weight ranges from 140 to 200 grams, with fruits exhibiting high uniformity and dense, fleshy structure, preventing cracking. Each truss forms 4-6 evenly spaced fruits, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield. Due to their density and market appearance, the tomatoes are well-suited for long-distance transportation without quality loss, making them popular for fresh markets, as well as for salads, tomato juice, sauces, and pasta.
The hybrid exhibits high resistance to a wide spectrum of diseases affecting solanaceous crops, including verticillium wilt, fusarium wilt, tomato mosaic virus, leaf curl virus, tracheomycosis, root rot, cladosporeosis, silver leaf disease, and nematodes. A strong root system allows for cultivation without staking and enables the formation of a second stem from the third internode. For optimal development, staking and suckering are recommended. Due to these characteristics, tomato Enigma F1 is a reliable choice for obtaining high-quality yields under various climatic conditions.
