IRISH LIQUOR

Irish Liquor is a mid-early tomato variety distinguished by high yield and attractive fruit appearance. Plants of this variety are sturdy, tall, reaching heights of 1.2 to 1.5 meters, not sprawling, requiring mandatory staking and pruning to 2-3 stems for optimal growth and fruiting. The first flower cluster usually forms above the 8th-9th leaf, with 3 to 5 fruits developing in each cluster.

The fruits of Irish Liquor tomato are large, flattened-round in shape, with characteristic ribbing at the stem attachment. Their weight ranges from 150 to 400 grams. In the ripening stage, the fruits have a green-amber coloration with light stripes, which transition to a yellow-green hue upon full ripening. The flesh is juicy, very succulent, with a harmonious sweet flavor and a pleasant refreshing acidity, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption.
