KARATOS

Tomato KARATOS F1 is the first in the world pink semi-determinate hybrid developed by Niromen Global INC. Plants of this variety are medium-height, strong, and well-branched, reaching a height of 120 to 140 centimeters. Fruits have a flat-round shape with slight ribbing and bright pink color when fully ripe, while immature fruits are light green. Fruit weight varies from 220 to 260 grams, making them large-fruited with 3-4 chambers inside. The flesh is medium-dense and juicy, with high flavor qualities.

This variety is distinguished by its ultra-early maturity, approximately 55-57 days, with a uniform harvest. Tomato KARATOS is resistant to fruit cracking, ensuring product integrity during cultivation and transport. The hybrid consistently forms fruit under various conditions and is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (TmVF2), enhancing its reliability and productivity.

KARATOS is recommended for cultivation in glass and plastic greenhouses, as well as in cold frames during the late summer to autumn crop rotation.
