Melman

Tomato Melman is a medium-early indeterminate hybrid with a vegetative period of about 105 days. The fruits of this variety have a pink color without green spot and round shape. Fruit weight varies depending on the number of fruits per cluster: when forming 5-7 fruits, weight ranges from 140 to 160 grams, and when 3-4 fruits — from 240 to 260 grams. The distance between clusters is reduced to 15 cm, which contributes to high yield. Tomatoes are well transportable and can be stored for up to three weeks without losing their appearance and flavor.

Hybrid Melman features a strong root system, allowing it to be grown on various soil types, including open ground and covered greenhouses made of glass or plastic. It exhibits high resistance to several diseases, such as tobacco mosaic virus (ToMV), verticillium wilt (V), fusarium wilt (FF), and root nematodes (RKN). Thanks to these characteristics, this variety is suitable for intensive and stable tomato production with excellent taste qualities.
