Description
NAMIB tomato fruits have an oval shape and a deep red color, with an average weight of 110–120 grams. They possess a dense internal structure and excellent flavor, making them suitable for fresh consumption as well as processing. Due to their high nutritional value and ability to retain flavor and aroma during prolonged storage and transportation, these tomatoes are ideal for juice production, canning, and pickling.
The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major tomato diseases, including late blight, fusarium, verticillium, tomato mosaic virus, and leaf curl virus. The plant responds well to intensive agronomic practices, enabling consistent, high-quality yields across various climatic conditions. The NAMIB F1 tomato is perfectly suited for whole-fruit canning and industrial tomato product processing.
