Description
The fruits of tomato New Orange have a bright orange color, round shape with a pointed tip, and dense structure. The weight of one fruit is 120-130 grams, with no green spot at the peduncle. Dry matter content ranges from 5.8 to 6.2%, sugars — from 3.5 to 4%, vitamin C — 25-28 mg%, and beta-carotene — 3.0-3.5 mg%. Due to these indicators, the tomatoes have excellent flavor and are suitable for dietary and children's nutrition.
The hybrid exhibits high fruiting and ripening uniformity, as well as resistance to heat and drought. Tomato New Orange F1 is resistant to a range of diseases, including tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), verticillium wilt (Va, Vd), fusarium (Fol 1-2), cladosporiosis (Ff), bacterial spot (Pst), and gall nematodes (Ma, Mi). Recommended planting scheme is 70x30 cm, which ensures yield levels of 7-8 kg per square meter.
