Description
Tomato fruits have an elongated-cylindrical shape with smooth surface and slight ribbing. Their weight ranges from 40 to 60 grams, color bright red. Flesh is dense, without white core, with pleasant sweet taste. Fruits contain high vitamin C content (up to 20 mg%), dry matter up to 5.5%, and sugars within 2.4-2.8%. Due to these qualities, tomatoes are suitable for fresh consumption, canning, and pickling.
The variety is characterized by low maintenance requirements and resistance to fungal fruit diseases. It tolerates moderate agronomic practices and pest control, and can be grown on heavy soils. Tomatoes New Product of Primorie have high transportability and good storability, allowing them to retain their commercial appearance during long storage and transportation over long distances. Yield in open ground reaches 65-90 tons per hectare, making this variety attractive for commercial cultivation.
