PAREZO

Tomato PAREZO is an early-maturing indeterminate hybrid suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover. The plant is tall, reaching up to two meters in height, and requires staking. Due to its strong root system, the tomato exhibits resistance to adverse conditions, retains fruit set even under prolonged high temperatures, and shows high resistance to fungal and viral diseases as well as nematodes. The hybrid features synchronized early fruit ripening and prolonged fruiting, making it attractive for agricultural production and early harvest marketing.

The fruits of tomato PAREZO are mini-plum or round in shape, bright red in color, and weigh approximately 25-30 grams. They are characterized by high storability, dense thin skin that does not crack during harvesting, transportation, or canning. The flavor is sweet and juicy, with a low seed content and high sugar content (approximately 8.2 on the Brix scale). Additionally, the fruits contain high levels of lycopene, enhancing their nutritional value. The plants are vigorous and resilient, with high fruit set—15 to 20 fruits per cluster. It is recommended to harvest fruits individually to extend the fruiting period.

Tomato PAREZO is widely used in culinary applications, both fresh and suitable for pickling and whole-fruit canning.
