Platon F1 — a mid-early determinate tomato hybrid with a vegetation period of about 116 days. The plant is strong, forming dense, cube-shaped or round-oval fruits weighing 80-90 grams. Due to the presence of the Crimson gene, the fruits have a bright, saturated red color and excellent flavor. High lycopene and dry matter content (about 6%) make this tomato particularly valuable for tomato paste production, as well as for fresh consumption.
The hybrid has high yield — up to 110 tons per hectare, and its fruit maturity uniformity exceeds 90%. The fruits easily detach from the calyx, facilitating mechanized harvesting.
