PRUNAX

Tomato Prunax is an early-maturing indeterminate hybrid, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover. The plant is robust, tall, well-balanced, and easy to care for, ensuring stable fruit formation. The fruits are red with a glossy sheen, flat-round or cube-shaped, medium density, weighing between 85 and 130 grams. They are distinguished by good flavor, high density, and resistance to cracking, which contributes to long-term storage up to 20 days without quality loss.

The Prunax hybrid has high yield, exceeding standards, as confirmed by cultivation results under various conditions: in winter greenhouses, the yield averages 33.7 kg per square meter, while in film greenhouses, it ranges from 10.8 to 17.8 kg per square meter. Fruits can be harvested both in clusters and individually, which is convenient for different marketing and consumption methods.

Special attention is given to the disease resistance of tomato Prunax. The hybrid shows high resistance to tomato mosaic virus, leaf bronzing virus, verticillium and fusarium wilt, cladosporiasis, true powdery mildew, and intermediate resistance to downy mildew. This comprehensive protection allows tomato cultivation under various climatic conditions with minimal yield loss and reduces the need for intensive chemical treatment.
