Tomato Sweet Amber is a medium-maturing indeterminate variety with a strong, sprawling bush reaching up to 1.8 meters in height. The plant is characterized by high yield — up to 7 kg of large fruits can be harvested from one bush. For support of heavy branches, tying is recommended. The variety continues to bear fruit until the first frost, and green fruits harvested in autumn successfully ripen indoors.
The fruits are large, weighing 350–500 grams, with a dense, glossy skin and a slightly flattened shape with minor ribbing at the stem end. The main color of the fruits is yellow with an orange blush and a pink cap when fully ripe, giving them an attractive bicolor appearance. When cut open, the flesh is bright orange with a rich red tint, making this variety one of the most visually striking among tomatoes.
The flavor of the fruits is uniquely sweet with a slight acidity reminiscent of cantaloupe, making them especially juicy and pleasant.
