Jaguar F1

Tomato Jaguar F1 is an early indeterminate hybrid developed by the Dutch seed company Seminis. The plant is vigorous, open-type with a strong leaf canopy that effectively shields the fruits from direct sunlight. Due to its high adaptability to growing conditions and outstanding cold tolerance, this hybrid successfully grows in various regions, including all areas of Ukraine, and is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in glass and plastic greenhouses.

The fruits of tomato Jaguar F1 have a round-oval shape with attractive ribbing and bright red color when fully ripe. The average weight of the fruits ranges from 160 to 180 grams. The tomatoes are characterized by high density, ensuring prolonged preservation of their attractive appearance and resistance to cracking. They are suitable for long-term storage and can be harvested even at the green-ripe stage. Due to their qualities, the fruits are widely used both fresh and for processing into juice, paste, as well as ideal for pickling.

Hybrid Jaguar F1 exhibits high resistance to major tomato diseases, including fusarium and verticillium wilt (races 1, 2), tobacco mosaic virus (strains 0-2), and nematodes. Infection by cladosporiosis is minimal and does not affect yield. These characteristics make Jaguar F1 a reliable choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain a stable and high-quality early-ripening tomato harvest.
