Description
Yamal tomato fruits are red in color, round or slightly flattened, with a weakly ribbed structure. The average fruit weight is 90–95 g, but individual specimens can reach up to 200 g. Tomatoes are distinguished by their high taste qualities — they are sweet, juicy with a thin skin, making them versatile for use. The yield of this variety reaches 9–12 kg per square meter, with stable high yields even under adverse weather conditions.
A distinctive feature of this variety is its resistance to blossom end rot, root rot, and phytophthora, which significantly extends the fruiting period and improves crop quality. High fruit yield is particularly noticeable during the first decade of harvest, before the onset of disease symptoms. Thanks to these characteristics, Yamal tomato is an excellent choice for gardeners aiming to obtain a stable and tasty harvest under challenging climatic conditions.
