Description
Triticale winter hexaploid variety BASHKIRSKAYA 3 is a grain-livestock feed variety developed by the Bashkirian Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture. Plants of this variety have an average height of 83-97 cm with semi-erect or short stems. The ear is white, medium to long, dense, and fully awned with long awns above the tip. The grain is light red, large, semi-elongated, with a 1000-grain mass of about 37.8 g, ensuring high-quality raw material for feed purposes.
The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness and resistance to major diseases, including hard and powdery bunt, powdery mildew, and various types of rust.
