The VgTZ DT- tractor represents the core of classic crawler engineering from the Volgograd Tractor Plant. The track drive features a balance-type suspension, which is critical for minimizing impact loads on the transmission when traversing uneven terrain.

Engine and Traction Performance

The heart of the machine is a high-torque diesel engine, optimized for prolonged operation at low RPM under constant load. The cooling system is engineered for high-temperature environments, allowing for deep plowing without the risk of overheating. The manual transmission provides crisp gear shifting, allowing the operator to select the optimal speed for energy-intensive tillage implements.

• Low ground pressure: 390-470 mm wide tracks allow early field entry compared to wheeled counterparts, preventing excessive soil compaction.
