The watermelon 'Concurrent' is a mid-early variety with round fruits of light green color, decorated with wide dark green stripes. The average fruit weight ranges from 7 to 9 kilograms, although lighter specimens weighing 4.5-5.5 kg are also found. The watermelon flesh is intensely red, juicy, very sweet, and crisp, with a distinct aroma. The seeds of this variety are small, dark brown, and few in number, making the fruit particularly convenient for consumption.

The variety is characterized by high yield, excellent storability, and good transportability, making it attractive for both personal cultivation and commercial production. The 'Concurrent' watermelon grows well on light soils, such as sandy and loamy soils, and does not tolerate excessive moisture. For successful cultivation, the plot should be well warmed, illuminated, and protected from winds.

Cultivation agrotechnology includes sowing seeds at a soil temperature of not lower than +15°C, with preliminary seed treatment in a manganese solution. Sowing in open ground is recommended at the end of May, while cultivation via seedlings is recommended at the end of April or early May, followed by transplanting into the ground after the threat of frost. Plants are formed into one stem, removing side shoots and leaving 2-3 fruits. Plant care includes regular watering, feeding, and soil loosening, which contributes to obtaining high-quality and tasty crops.
