Peking F1 watermelon is a medium-early seedless hybrid with bright yellow flesh, designed for uniform and high-quality production in both early and main cultivation seasons. This hybrid is grown from seedlings in open ground, allowing effective adaptation of the plant to various climatic zones and agronomic conditions. Peking F1 is characterized by its adaptability and high resistance, making it a versatile choice for different cultivation methods.

The fruits of Peking watermelon have a round shape and a tiger-striped rind with alternating dark and light stripes. Fruit weight ranges from 3 to 5 kg, with high uniformity and absence of hollows in the flesh. The flesh is dense, juicy, and possesses a rich, incredibly sweet flavor, making this watermelon particularly attractive to consumers. Due to its seedlessness and good internal structure, the fruits have long field and storage life, as well as high transportability.

The Peking F1 plant features strong growth with a well-developed root system and abundant leafy canopy, contributing to high yield. Mulching is recommended to improve fruit quality and boost productivity. Optimal planting density is 5,500–7,000 plants per hectare. For successful pollination, 25–30% pollinators should be placed, such as seed watermelons like Lady F1 or Premium F1, ensuring stable fruit formation and high-quality harvest.
