Picoxystrobin

The mode of action of this active substance involves the inhibition of mitochondrial respiration in fungal pathogens. By blocking electron transport in the cytochrome bc1 complex, it effectively cuts off the energy supply to the pathogen's cells, leading to their rapid death.

A distinctive feature of picoxystrobin is its ability to redistribute through the gas phase, providing superior coverage.
