Description
Carrot variety Olympus is a late-maturing, high-yielding type Flakke variety developed by Czech breeders. The root has a conical or spindle shape, 20 to 26 cm long, with a blunt or slightly pointed tip slightly protruding above the soil surface. The weight of one fruit ranges from 74 to 130 grams. The root and core color is rich dark orange, with the core contrasting against the red-orange skin. The carrot head is convex and does not turn green, enhancing its market appearance and appeal.
Olympus variety is characterized by good storability and resistance to cracking, making it ideal for storage and processing.
