Dneprovsky 288 SV

Corn Dneprovsky 288 SV is a medium-early simple modified hybrid intended for grain cultivation. The hybrid is characterized by high drought resistance, ensuring stable yields even under insufficient moisture conditions. Plants reach a height of 200-210 cm, with ears set at 80-90 cm and ear length of approximately 18-20 cm. Grain is toothed, yellow-orange in color, with a 1000-grain weight of 280-300 g. Thanks to its strong root system and high lodging resistance, the hybrid adapts well to various growing conditions, including dense plantings.

Dneprovsky 288 SV exhibits high resistance to major diseases and pests, as well as good cold tolerance. The hybrid shows excellent response to mineral fertilizer application and improved agrofond, contributing to higher yields. The recommended productive plant density varies by region: 60-70 thousand plants per hectare in forest-steppe zones, 45-55 thousand in steppe zones. The potential grain yield is 11.5-12.0 tons per hectare, making this hybrid a competitive and economically viable choice for farmers.

Dneprovsky 288 SV seeds are treated with a biostimulator and coated with an eco-friendly paint free of polymers, providing protection and improving germination. Packaging in 20 kg paper kraft bags facilitates transportation and storage. The hybrid is recommended for cultivation in all natural zones of Ukraine, including forest-steppe and steppe regions, and is suitable for producing high-quality grain with good moisture release.
