MAS 24V

The MAS 24V hybrid corn is a high-yielding variety with FAO 280, featuring a flinty kernel type, making it suitable for early planting and adaptable to various agronomic conditions. This hybrid has a large ear with 16-20 rows and 24-28 kernels per row, with a 1000-kernel weight of 330-350 grams, indicating high quality and yield. The plant is of medium height with ear attachment at medium level and moderate ear flexibility, contributing to resistance to lodging during vegetative growth and after harvest.

MAS 24V exhibits high drought tolerance (rating 9), making it especially valuable for cultivation in dry climates such as the Forest Steppe and Steppe regions of Ukraine. The hybrid demonstrates good early growth, water retention, and green mass retention (Stay Green), which contributes to efficient water accumulation and release during grain ripening. The sum of active temperatures until flowering is 880°C, and until full maturity — 1720°C, enabling the hybrid to successfully develop in various climatic zones.

Seeding density recommendations depend on moisture conditions: under adequate moisture, the optimal density is 75-85 thousand plants per hectare, while under unstable moisture — 70-75 thousand plants per hectare. MAS 24V seeds are treated with AGROSTART and FORCE ZEA D50, providing additional protection and stimulating growth. The hybrid is tolerant to common corn diseases, and together with its genetic strength and adaptability, MAS 24V is a reliable choice for both intensive and extensive cultivation.
