Sugar beet hybrid 'MILANA' — genetically uniform hybrid selected by the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agriculture. Average root yield — 883 ц\га. Maximum yield — 1373 ц\га. Dry matter content — 18.9%, dry matter yield — 152.0 ц\га, maximum yield — 244.3 ц\га. Contains easily digestible sucrose. Root color — white. Soil penetration — 60-65%. Suitable for both manual and mechanized harvesting; recommended for cultivation on all soil types. Very low soil contamination level. Resistant to powdery mildew and cercosporosis. Exhibits excellent storability during long-term storage.
