Triple protection for cereals against soil and seed-borne diseases through the systemic action of a multi-component formula.
Description
Synergy of components: the technical logic behind "Trymay"
The success of winter cereal treatment relies on a product's ability to control a complex of pathogens existing both in the soil and on the seed surface. The formula of "Trymay," developed by Aquarius & K, is based on a combination of three active ingredients from different chemical classes, which eliminates the risk of resistance and expands the spectrum of activity.
Technical composition breakdown
- Thiabendazole (benzimidazoles): Inhibits nuclear division (mitosis) in fungal cells. It is effective against seed-borne infections, including Helminthosporium and Fusarium root rot.
- Imazalil (imidazoles): Disrupts the permeability of fungal cell membranes. Its presence is critical for controlling Helminthosporium leaf spot, which many other substances fail to reach.
- Tebuconazole (triazoles): Inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis. This systemic component protects the seedling from snow mold and seed rot during the early growth stages.
The systemic action of the emulsion allows the product to spread evenly across the grain surface and penetrate the embryo. With an application rate of 0.5 to 1.0 L/t, the product establishes a robust barrier against the main diseases of winter wheat and winter barley. An important practical aspect is its Category 3 hazard classification, making the treatment process relatively manageable when safety regulations are followed.
Practical application
A single seed treatment before sowing covers the crop's protection needs during the initial vegetative stage. The viscous nature of the emulsion ensures high adherence, minimizing losses during transportation and loading into seed drills. Using "Trymay" effectively neutralizes the negative impact of the soil-borne infection background, ensuring uniform emergence and strong root system development even under adverse weather conditions.
