KRASnodarskii 225 is a mid-ripening winter garlic variety intended for growing in personal subsidiary holdings. The plant features dark green narrow-linear leaves with a waxy coating, approximately 72 cm long and 1.8-2.2 cm wide. The bulbs are round-flat in shape, weighing from 90 to 140 grams, and contain 6 to 9 cloves. The dry skins are white with purple streaks, while the cream-colored flesh is distinguished by a sharp taste and pleasant aroma. The yield of the variety reaches 75 centners per hectare, indicating high productivity of the culture.

The plant is flowering, with a floral stem height of 70 to 100 cm, on which white or pink spherical inflorescences form. Air bulbs—bulbils—form in the inflorescences, allowing the variety to be propagated both by cloves and by aerial bulbils in a two-year culture. The variety possesses excellent winter hardiness and storage ability, making it reliable for growing in various agroclimatic zones.

KRASnodarskii 225 is adapted to a wide range of regions, including the Northern, North-Western, Central, Volga-Vyatsk, North-Caucasian, Ural, and Far Eastern regions. It is recommended to plant garlic in the fall or early spring with mulching using peat or manure.
