RYABINSKIY

The Ryabinskiy grape variety is a technical early-ripening variety developed by Evgeny Nikolaevich Gubin. This variety is primarily intended for technical use, making it suitable for wine production and other winemaking purposes. Ryabinskiy is recommended for cultivation in home gardens, indicating its adaptability to amateur gardening conditions.

The leaves of the Ryabinskiy grape variety have a medium size with slight dissection and bristly indumentum. The upper side of the leaf is dark green and strongly blistered, and the blade is bent upwards. The bunches of this variety are conical, loose, of medium to small size, with a short rachis of medium lignification. The average bunch weight is about 178 grams. The berries are oval-shaped, white, of medium size, with juicy and mucilaginous flesh without pronounced taste features. The berry juice is colorless, and the seeds are of medium size.

The sugar content in the berries reaches 18.6 g per 100 cubic cm, and the acidity is 8.3 g per 100 cubic cm, which ensures a tasting score of dry wine at the level of 7.5 points. The yield of the variety is quite high and amounts to about 114 centners per hectare. The Ryabinskiy grape variety has a medium level of resistance to diseases and pests, making it a reliable choice for gardeners seeking high-quality technical grapes.
