Purpose and Design Features

Harvest agricultural machinery, featuring a wide range of grain and seed drills, is designed to ensure precision sowing of grains, small seeds, and pulses. The main objective of Harvest equipment is to implement resource-saving soil tillage technologies, including minimum tillage (mini-till) and no-till, achieved through a reinforced frame structure and high-quality coulter groups. The equipment is engineered to withstand diverse climatic conditions, offering high durability when operating in unplowed soil.

Coulter Group and Sowing Precision

A key component of Harvest seed drills is the double-disc coulter, equipped with wear-resistant steel scrapers and closed-type bearings that exclude dust and moisture ingress. Coulter pressure adjustment is performed using a spring mechanism, allowing for load variation from 30 to 120 kg, which is crucial for maintaining seeding depth on uneven terrain. Press wheels are integrated into the design to ensure firm seed-to-soil contact, guaranteeing uniform emergence even when topsoil moisture is limited.

Hoppers and Metering System

The Harvest metering system is based on fluted feed rollers made of polymer materials, preventing seed damage during passage through the dispenser. The design allows for stepless sowing rate adjustment across a wide range, from 7 to 400 kg per hectare. Separate hoppers for seeds and fertilizers have a total volume optimized for extended autonomous operation without frequent refueling stops, significantly increasing productivity during the sowing season.

Hydraulic System and Hitching

Harvest machinery is compatible with tractors ranging from 1.4 to 3.0 traction class, depending on the model's working width. The drill's hydraulic system enables transition from transport to working position and controls markers via hydraulic cylinders. Reliable quick-disconnect couplings facilitate rapid attachment to the tractor, while integrated hydraulic gauges allow the operator to monitor circuit pressure and respond timely to load fluctuations.

Frame and Transport Dimensions

Harvest drill frames are manufactured from high-strength profile steel with wall thicknesses up to 8 mm, providing resistance to cyclical stress. With working widths ranging from 3.6 to 6 meters, engineers have ensured transportability on public roads using a towing device that allows markers to be folded, reducing the transport width to under 3 meters.

Application in Agricultural Technologies

Harvest seed drills are versatile, suitable for both prepared fields after plowing and stubble backgrounds. The equipment is highly effective for sowing winter and spring crops (wheat, barley, rapeseed, peas). By enabling metered mineral fertilizer application simultaneously with seeds, farmers achieve fuel and time savings by combining two technological operations into a single pass.

Maintenance and Operational Reliability

The simplicity of the Harvest design streamlines maintenance: all lubrication points are easily accessible and equipped with grease nipples. Replacing consumables, such as coulter discs, does not require the disassembly of major components, which minimizes downtime. Powder coating of metal body parts protects the machinery from corrosion when working with mineral fertilizers, significantly extending the equipment's lifecycle even under intensive use.
