In modern intensive agriculture, protecting maize from weed pressure is a critical step toward maximizing yields. Technological Features

The active ingredient is Nicosulfuron, a compound from the sulfonylurea class. It is quickly absorbed through leaves and stems, and travels through the vascular system of the weed to inhibit the acetolactate synthase enzyme. This effectively halts cell division and stunts weed growth. "NIKOS, SC" shows exceptional efficacy against tough competitors such as quackgrass, barnyard grass, green foxtail, as well as broad-leaved weeds like redroot pigweed, field mustard, field pennycress, and shepherd's purse.

Application Guidelines

• Timing: The product performs best when applied during the 3–10 leaf stage of maize, targeting weeds during their active early growth phases.
• Dosage: A rate of 1–1.25 liters per hectare provides optimal results for weed eradication.
• Selectivity: Being a selective herbicide, it ensures the safety of the maize crop when applied according to the labeled rates.

(Great Britain), this herbicide balances accessibility with high-level performance.
