Working with it season after season, you realize that the key value of this micro-encapsulated suspension is predictability. The active ingredient, pendimethalin, is encapsulated in a way that allows for slower release and longer persistence in the topsoil, creating a reliable barrier for germinating weeds.

Application and Field Performance

For an operator, this herbicide is user-friendly, as it is less aggressive on equipment compared to older pendimethalin formulations. The product performs excellently on onions, carrots, soybeans, and sunflowers. The main thing to consider during operation: Stomp Aqua requires high-quality seedbed preparation. Large soil clods reduce the effectiveness of the soil barrier, so it works at its best on level, well-tilled fields.
