Emily salad is a mid-season oak-leaved lettuce variety with bright red leaves, distinguished not only by its attractive appearance but also by its tender texture and pleasant taste. The maturation period is 50-55 days, allowing for harvest in relatively short time. The plant forms a large and sprawling rosette, enabling the collection of about 250-300 grams of tasty leaves from one bush. The Emily variety is resistant to bolting, ensuring stable growth and the possibility of prolonged harvest.
