Description
Spring oats variety UNIVERSAL 1® represents a universal grain crop designed for use in agronomy for both grain production and feed and green fertilizer manufacturing. This variety is distinguished by high yield and good resistance to common diseases, including low susceptibility to loose smut and moderate resistance to crown rust. The plant is characterized by a strong stem ranging from 120 to 160 cm in height, with wide long leaves and an equilateral head, which promotes active growth and tillering.
UNIVERSAL 1® is adapted to various climatic conditions and soils, including acidic peat soils and drained peat bogs, where it contributes to improving soil structure, loosening, drainage, and increasing air and water capacity. Oat biomass after decomposition enriches the soil with organic matter and humus, as well as converts hard-to-dissolve potassium compounds into a plant-available form. Thanks to its phytosanitary qualities, the variety restores the soil, reducing plant disease incidence and improving conditions for soil microorganisms and worms.
The UNIVERSAL 1® variety boasts high yield: average grain yields reach 3.85-4.72 t/ha, while maximum yields reach up to 7.22 t/ha. Green mass yield can reach 28.4-50.5 t/ha, making it valuable for green feed, hay, silage, and silage production. The plant is highly responsive to mineral fertilizers, which significantly increases productivity. The vegetation period averages 85 days; the variety is mid-late maturity with moderate lodging resistance. Thanks to its universal properties and high efficiency, oats UNIVERSAL 1® are widely used in both grain and feed farming.

Yield
Overall bulb harvest per unit area. Depends on both onion variety characteristics and agronomic practices, fertilizers, and irrigation. Under optimal growing conditions, an onion yield of 100 tons per hectare and above is not considered record-breaking. |
