Description
The grain of the Jupiter F1 hybrid is large, oval, gray-green in color, with a 1000-grain weight ranging from 29 to 37 grams. It possesses excellent baking qualities: loaf volume reaches 350 ml, and overall quality rating is 4.6 points. Additionally, the grain is suitable for producing grit and animal feed, expanding its application areas. An important characteristic is the falling number, varying from 226 to 330 seconds, indicating high grain quality.
To achieve maximum productivity, it is recommended to follow agronomic requirements, including a sowing rate of 2 to 3 million germinating seeds per hectare. Special attention is given to spatial isolation of hybridization areas at a distance of 2000 meters to preserve seed purity. The Jupiter F1 hybrid was developed by the Ukrainian Institute of Plant Industry named after V.Ya. Yuryev and has been included in the State Register of Varieties, confirming its adaptability and effectiveness for cultivation in Ukraine.
