FALCON is a mid-early hybrid of table beet, intended for cultivation in open ground during the spring-summer season. The vegetative period lasts from 95 to 105 days, reducing to 60-75 days with summer sowing. The plant is powerful with compact upright leaves, which facilitates care and harvest collection. The root crops have an oval shape, smooth surface, and a rich red color without internal radial rings. The inner flesh is also red, with high sugar content up to 13%, making FALCON beet an excellent choice for the fresh market, processing, and culinary use. The hybrid is distinguished by high resistance to hot conditions, drought, and cercosporosis, ensuring a stable yield even in complex climatic conditions. Thanks to its stress resistance and rapid root crop growth, FALCON forms a high yield of up to 60 kg per square meter. The foliage is compact and holds firmly on the root crops, which facilitates transportation and storage of the product. The recommended sowing rate is 450-550 thousand seeds per hectare, which allows for efficient use of sown areas. FALCON seeds are fully prepared for sowing and packaged by the manufacturer Sakata (Japan) in convenient packings, including 1 gram packs (50 to 70 seeds) and 50,000 seed packs. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in various regions due to its adaptability and stable characteristics.
