GASPADYENYA

Gaspadyenya is a medium-maturing single-plant variety of table beet, distinguished by high yield and excellent taste qualities. The root crops have a round or round-flat shape with a burgundy surface coloration and dark red flesh with a burgundy hue. Taste qualities are rated at 4.1-4.6 points, making this variety particularly attractive to consumers. High content of dry matter (up to 16%), sugars (about 13%), and betanin (230 mg %) ensures a rich taste and beneficial properties of the root crops.

The Gaspadyenya variety is undemanding and disease-resistant, does not require increased care and thinning of crops, which significantly eases the growing process. It also possesses cold hardiness and resistance to bolting, which expands its cultivation possibilities in various climatic conditions. Thanks to these qualities, the variety is suitable for obtaining bunch products and allows collecting two harvests in a season.

The variety yield ranges from 36 to 61 tons per hectare, with marketability reaching 95%.
